BRAKE PRESS OPERATOR
Job Description
Responsible for operating the brake press machine to fabricate as well as form products as per engineering drawings and parameters. Along with adjusting the machine to control speed, material feed and path of the cut, as well as make sure the machines are set up properly, working well and producing a quality product for the customer.

Job Responsibilities:
Perform loading and unloading of material by changing tools and select required machine programs.
Inspect and maintain press braking operative equipment’s for conformance with safety requirements.
Ensures to correct any safety issues before beginning machine operations.
Maintain and manage machine as well as tooling cleanliness and in good physical shape.
Inspects all manufactured parts following work in process inspection methods and ensure to accomplish engineering specifications.
Resolve quality as well as mechanical problems and repair minor issues along with equipment adjustments as required.
Be able to perform from blueprints, engineering parameters as well as production schedules.
Skills/Qualifications:
Six months to 1 year of break press experience. Problem solving skills, attention to detail is key in this role. Mechanical and technical skills, some understanding of CAD/CAM technology is a plus.
