Expansion at Hartford Location Doubles Accurate Fabrication’s Business
Accurate Fabrication is investing in the space and automation technology to meet customer needs, both now and in the future.
Accurate Fabrication is currently in the midst of an expansion project at our Hartford, WI location that will double the footprint of our current facility. With a projected completion date of January 2023, the additional 35,000 square feet of manufacturing space gives Accurate Fabrication the opportunity to innovate our facility and make key investments in fabrication automation equipment.

Our expansion allows us to continue to meet our existing and new customers’ requests---and even further surpass their expectations with additional capacities, capabilities, and faster delivery,” says President Eric Welak.
This growth is sparked both by market demand and the company’s desire to double its operations in the next 3 to 5 years. Over that time frame, Accurate Fabrication expects to add 25 new positions to support growth; in conjunction with utilizing industry leading technology and automation.
As part of the expansion, Accurate Fabrication is making key investments in new machinery that aligns with our goal to utilize more automation to meet customer needs, including:

New SafanDarley robotic press brake
New Safan Darley electric press brakes
New OTC EcoArc Robotic Welding cell
New Davi Roll Former
UR-10 Cobots
Light Weld Laser Welding Workcell
In addition, Accurate Fabrication will be maximizing floor space by moving around equipment into a layout that supports our goals of better product flow and capacity growth.

Our addition also includes a new shipping space with 3 additional dock doors and storage space, which gives Accurate Fabrication the ability to efficiently meet tight customer deadlines with increased logistical capabilities.
“The new shipping area will give us the ability to build production schedules to our customer forecasts and ship products faster because we will be able to store more finished goods,” says President Eric Welak. “Ultimately, this expansion will be a big step forward for our company as we strive to reach our goals and expand our market share.”
